Lem Montero believes interesting stories and ideas live inside of everyone. As a feature writer, marketer, and video producer, Lem specializes in helping other people and organizations share their passions. Organizing TEDxKalamazoo, to a large extent, allows him to continue elevating the great ideas and experiences of others with the world.

Backed by a team of incredibly talented volunteers, Lem plans to lay the groundwork this year to make TEDxKalamazoo an annual signature event for the city.
